Psychotechnical Report

omputerized psychotechnical tests are a basic tool in every selection process. In the Topo-Go System the actions of the soldier are recorded and evaluated while he learns and while he executes tasks similar to those that he may encounter in military service. In addition, since the Topo-Go System is a long-term learning process, the system can collect much data over time. The result is a precise analysis compared to regular psychotechnical tests. Immediately after completing learning in the Topo-Go System, the system produces a psychotechnical report that includes:

  • Ability to cope with new material
  • Ability to use new tools
  • Ability to adjust to new environmental conditions
  • Independent learning ability
  • Mode of thought (trial and error/think and act)
  • Capability of high order thinking (HOT)
  • Creative thinking
  • Meeting rules/conditions
  • Capability to cope with problems and difficulty
  • Spatial perception, capability of spatial orientation
  • Level of self-confidence
  • Perfectionism
  • Frustration Threshold
  • Impulsiveness
  • Work under pressure
